By requesting a reading and/or scheduling an appointment for any service with MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips), you understand and agree that MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips) is not a medical or health care professional, therapist, or other licensed professional, and cannot give medical, legal, psychiatric, or tax advice. Any information or advice given by MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips) does not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice, is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields, and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice in such matters. 

You must carefully consider any advice, guidance or conclusions you may receive from Spirit through MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips). You have the choice of free will and any consequence of your actions are solely your own responsibility.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult, to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product or service.

Sessions with MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips) are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges.

The use of speaker phones or recording devices of any kind is not permitted during sessions. Thank you for your cooperation.

MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips) will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any session or appointment with MontaukMedium.com (Sage Reiki LLC, Linda Knips), or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any claims, demands, suites, actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury or complications, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is required to book your session. All sessions are only secured once payment is received through PayPal or Venmo.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email with the Zoom invitation and any instructions for your upcoming session.

If a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform me a minimum of 7 days prior to your schedule date and time and you have a one time courtesy to reschedule. Any sessions rescheduled and missed, or cancelled, will be charged the full amount of the session.
Any cancellation after payment has been secured for your initial session will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee if an alternative date cannot be secured.
Any cancellations within 3 days of your session will incur the full fee and no refunds will be issued.

Once a session is completed and the service is provided, no refunds are available.
